Personal Property Managers was founded by Nicholas and Joseph Santoro. Joe has developed and pioneered specialty customer specific programs for residential property owners and seniors who are transitioning from home ownership and independent living to assisted living and continuous care retirement communities.  Joe Santoro has earned his Masters Degree from the University of Pennsylvania and his Bachelors Degree from Seton Hall University.   Joe is certified by the National Association of Realtors as a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES). Joe has held senior management positions for over 20 years with some of America’s most admired companies. Joe is a member of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry, the National Association of Realtors, the  Bucks County Association of Realtors, the Central Bucks Chamber of Commerce, the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, a youth sports coach and a volunteer with a number of Veteran support groups. Joe Santoro is also the co-founder and the Executive Director of the Veteran Owners Business Alliance. In addition, Joe is a licensed Realtor in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey with Coldwell Banker – Hearthside Realtors Hearthside Realtors 215-364-3900. PA license RS308044. We are committed to giving back to our community.   A portion of our proceeds is donated back to the people who have helped our co-founder, Nick Santoro (USMC, Ret.) and so many others recover from injuries and wounds suffered in the defense of freedom and our country. We are committed to supporting the Wounded Warrior Project and Remind.Org for traumatic brain injury.
